hi there! i'm mai, self-proclaimed #1 ice climber fani make fanart illustrations and projects usually inspired by my fanon and headcanons which you can find organised on this site.i love indie games, crochet, j-fashion and music!

my art

i mainly create drawn and written work, often hand-in-hand when it comes to my larger fan projects. occasionally, i compose music to accompany these pieces.
i also make fanmade PVs and animatics sometimes (i.e. very occasionally)i tend towards a sketchy and painterly look for my illustrations alongside aesthetically pleasing colour combinations, whether vibrant or muted!i stand strongly against generative ai, and make no use of it in producing any of my artwork.

terms of service

By commissioning me, the Artist, you agree to the following Terms.

General

  • Please provide a clear reference of whatever you would like me to draw for the commission. (PNG/JPG)

  • Ill-mannered behaviour will not be tolerated and I have the right to cancel the commission at any time if it occurs.

  • Follow the rules provided in the commission sheet.

  • Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

Payment, refund and cancellation

  • Prices are in GBP (£), and you are responsible for any international exchange fees incurred (if this applies to you)

  • All commissions must be paid in full upfront (before I start work)

  • I will provide an invoice with details of your order and the payment required.

  • I have the right to cancel or refund a commission at any time.

  • The commissioner is free to cancel a commission before payment has been transferred or before work has begun.

  • I will provide a refund if either myself or the commissioner cancels the commission before work has begun.

Revisions policy

  • I will always try my best to meet a commissioner's wishes for their piece. After a commission is finished, if the commissioner requests small changes such as colour changes or marking corrections, I will do this free of charge.

  • Greater changes that require me to redraw anything will come with a fee subject to change depending on the magnitude of the change.

Process

  • I will always send at least two progress shots as proof that I am working on the commission - the initial sketch and lineart/cleanup depending on the style requested.

  • Any mistakes or misunderstandings of the reference I have made in the drawing should ideally be pointed out to me at these stages before I progress further with the work.

  • Typically a commission takes about 2-3 weeks for me to finish due to factors such as personal life and studies. Under exceptional circumstances, such as personal issues, complexity and health, commissions may take longer than expected.

Usage Policy

  • I have the right to use my copyrighted artwork to promote myself and my work on my social media accounts, post it wherever I wish and display it wherever I like.

  • The commissioner has the right to use the commission(s) for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the commission and claim (if applicable) ownership of the character, not the drawing, and post it with credit given to me by linking back to my accounts. These rights will be revoked if you infringe copyright.

  • Copyright infringement refers to taking credit for the creation of the work(s), using the commission(s) as a means of gaining money, removing any watermarks and/or altering the commission(s) without my consent.
